I am unable to attend a class I am registered for; can I get a refund?
All class registrations are final, as noted at the time of booking. We encourage you to treat your reservation like a ticket to an event. A significant amount of preparation goes into each class in advance, including ingredient sourcing and planning.
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member.

Is my child old enough to take a class?
Each class description includes a recommended age range. We recommend reviewing those details to help ensure the class is a good fit and enjoyable experience for your child.

Can I stay with my child during the class?
We generally discourage parents from staying during class, as it can be distracting for instructors and participants, and our space is limited. We’ve found that children adjust quickly and are fully engaged in the experience.
If your child requires a parent or guardian to remain present for health or other specific needs, please contact us in advance and we’re happy to discuss accommodations.

Can you accommodate allergies for a class?
Because many of our classes are hands-on and prepared as a group, it is often not possible for us to accommodate specific allergies or dietary restrictions.
We do occasionally offer gluten-free classes, and you can stay informed about those by joining our mailing list.
If you’re unsure whether a particular class is a good fit, we’re happy to help—please feel free to reach out before registering.

I am not seeing a class I am interested in. When will you be offering it again?
We rotate our classes seasonally and occasionally add new offerings as space becomes available. Some classes fill very quickly—often within a few days—so we recommend joining our mailing list to stay informed. We always send an email when new classes are released. We also share updates on our social media pages.

Do you offer discounts for groups?
We do not offer discounts for groups in our public classes.
If you’re planning a group experience, a private class is a great option. Private classes are designed for a minimum of 12 guests and offer a reduced per-person rate compared to our public classes.
We offer discounted pricing for nonprofit organizations.
