We'll begin with gentle grounding yoga designed to release tension from the hips, legs, and lower back while reconnecting you to the earth beneath you. Guided breathwork and meditation will help calm the nervous system and create a sense of inner security.
The evening concludes with an immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy to help restore balance and harmony throughout the body.
