Class Waiver and Release

Terra House LLC – Class Participation Waiver & Release

By registering for and participating in a class at Terra House LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in cooking, baking, and/or wellness classes may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, slips, allergic reactions, physical strain, or emotional release. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

 

2. Health & Personal Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in this class. I understand that Terra House LLC does not provide medical advice. I agree to listen to my body, participate at my own pace, and inform the instructor of any concerns.

 

3. Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
I understand that Terra House LLC uses a variety of ingredients, including common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.), and that cross-contamination may occur. I accept full responsibility for managing my own dietary needs and allergies.

 

4. Safety & Conduct
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Terra House staff and to use equipment safely and responsibly. I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the class without refund.

 

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Terra House LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation in this class.

 

6. Photo & Media Release 
I grant permission to Terra House LLC to photograph or record me during the class and to use these images for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media and website content, without compensation.

 

7. Agreement
By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and release.
