Authentic Pasta Making Class

Service Description

In this hands-on class, participants will learn four different styles of pasta-making inspired by techniques we studied in Bologna, Italy. We’ll cover essential ingredients, proper pasta preservation, and classic sauce pairings to help you recreate these dishes at home with confidence. After cooking, guests will enjoy the meal together, featuring the pastas made in class, a fresh garden salad, and garlic bread baked on our house-made bread. This class runs approximately 2.5 hours and is suitable for ages 10 and up. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in the Café to enjoy with dinner.
