Service Description

Master the art of classic French baguettes in this hands-on, 2.5-hour class. You’ll learn the fundamentals of mixing, fermenting, shaping, and scoring dough to achieve that signature crisp crust and airy interior. During class, we’ll taste freshly baked bread together while discussing technique and tips for success at home. Each guest will shape and bake their own baguette to take home. This class is recommended for ages 10+
