In this workshop we will cover a variety of baking topics including gluten free flours and recipes as well as cooking topics creating a variety of simple gluten free meals. Guests will enjoy a gluten free meal and dessert they made in class! This class is approximately 3 hours long and is appropriate for ages 14+
