Service Description
At this class, participants will learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter, ideas on what to do with their discard, and how to make and bake sourdough bread. We will discuss the importance of ingredients and the nutritional benefits of long-fermented foods. Participants will each take their own starter and baguette home. This class is approximately 2.5 hours and is appropriate for ages 12+.
