We feel the best way to promote health in wellness, is to teach you how to achieve it on your own.  This fall, we will be offering a wide variety of classes and seminars for you to enjoy while learning how to improve your overall health right at home! 

If you are interested in having us come to your place of employment to run wellness programs/seminars or would like to host a private class in our Café, please ask!  We always try to accommodate!

UPCOMING CLASS SCHEDULE AND DESCRIPTION

​​Saturday May 17th, 2025

​

1:00 PM - Artisan Bread Class

Struggling to keep your sourdough going? At this class, John will teach participants a modified way to create a similar bread using a Biga which requires much less commitment. Participants will learn how to shape and bake bread and will each take their own baguette home. This class is approximately 2 hours and is appropriate for ages 12 and up.

4:00 PM - Gnocchi Making Class

​At this class, participants will learn how to make this traditional Roman dish from scratch using both the Ricotta method and Potato method.  Guests will enjoy their Gnocchi with a Sage Butter Sauce and a Marinara Sauce with Garlic Bread and Salad in the Cafe after.  Alcohol can be purchased in the cafe to enjoy with dinner. This class is appropriate for ages 8 and up. ​

Saturday June 14th, 2025

​

1:00 PM - Gluten Free Pizza Making Class

At this class, guests will learn how to make a scratch artisan style gluten-free pizza crust, they will shape their dough and top it with their favorite toppings then learn how to bake it. Afterwards guests are welcome to enjoy their pizza in the cafe and purchase beer or wine in the Cafe to go with it, or they can take it home to enjoy!  This class is appropriate for ages 10 and up. Please note we are NOT a celiac friendly kitchen, we will be using a gluten free flour and working on a clean surface for this class but we bake wheat breads in our convection oven.

4:00 PM - Cannoli Making Class

Participants will enjoy making their own cannoli dough and filling! They can enjoy their creation in the Cafe after we're done! This class is approximately 2 hours and is appropriate for ages 10 and up.
