I'm so thrilled to be part of the Health and Wellness community.

I have spent many years of my life battling chronic fatigue, an unhealthy relationship with food, and depression and anxiety which included being on many different anti-depressants and a hospitalization. As an adult I found myself stuck emotionally and it was affecting my life and my children's lives.

There wasn't an 'ah-ha' moment when I woke up and thought I'm going to change my story. It's been an evolving process with many factors, each playing an integral part in my journey to health and wellness.

Through my own personal mental and physical health transformation, I have realized my purpose is to help others achieve what took me many years: health and happiness, because I feel everyone deserves this. I look forward to continuing this health journey through everyone I work with.
